How to Create a Membership Level in Bookwize Booking Engine

Create a Membership Level

In order to create a new Membership Level follow the instructions below:

  • Go to Loyalty > Membership and select the Membership Scheme you want to modify.
  • Click Add in the Membership Levels section.
  • Define the Membership Level by:
    • Giving it a name.
    • Choosing if guests should be automatically enrolled.
    • Deciding if a welcome email should be sent.
    • Setting eligibility rules based on:
      • Days after booking
      • Days after check-out
      • Total revenue
      • Number of reservations
      • Number of room nights
    • You can combine multiple rules for more complex eligibility criteria.
  • Click Update and then Save.
  • Repeat these steps to add more Membership Levels as needed.
