How can I copy a pricelist?
If you want to use the same rates of a pricelist to create a new one or to copy last year rates to a new year in an existing one, you can just simply copy it.
Choose Rates > Rooms.
From the upper right menu, move your mouse over the pricelist that you want to use and click on the Copy pricelist button.
From the pop up window choose if it will be copied to a new pricelist and also which will be the usage of the pricelist (Main or Offer), or if it will be copied to an existing pricelist.
Then choose which period you want to copy,
and then whether it will be copied to the same year or to the next one (or more).
Lastly, choose if the rates will be copied exactly as they are or if there will be a percentage change (increase or reduction).
Please note that you can round them at 0.01, 0.10, 1.00, 10.00, 100.00 levels.
Click Save to complete the procedure.
The pricelist has been successfully copied.
