If you have Manager access to your hotel's account, you can visit Settings > Users and click on Add User to create a new user.

Add the user's Basic Information, choose the Rights that you want to provide and select Send welcome Email. Once you click on Save the new user will be created and will be prompted by email to create a new password.

Alternatively, if you don't have rights to create new users, please contact Bookwize's Support Team to request the creation of your hotel's new user accounts.
