How-To: Add a Special Offer

Create the Offer 

Create a new Offer Page

  1. Login to Hotelwize Control Panel
  2. Navigate to your website
  3. On the left menu, select Content and then click on Pages
  4. Click Add New and then select Offer to create a new website offer page.
  5. Edit the content of the Offer Page. You should at least enter Title, Subtitle, Description and a photo
Some booking engines supports explicit URLs for the Special Offer, in this case you may add a Button as a Call to Action to navigate to the booking engine offer page.
Enter the Button Name (ex Book Now) and the booking engine url in Button URL.

Copy an existing Offer Page

An alternative way to create the offer page, is to simply copy an existing one.
  1. Login to Hotelwize Admin Panel at https://admin.hotelwize.com
  2. Navigate to your website
  3. On the left menu, select Content and then click on Pages
  4. Find the Offer Page you want to copy, and click Edit
  5. On the Page Edit form, click on the more settings (three dots) options and then select Copy Page
  6. Once the Page is copied, click on View Page option of the dialog box
  7. Edit the Offer Page content. You should at least enter Title, Subtitle, Description and a photo

Add Page on the Website Menu

When you have created the page you have to add it to the Menu. 
  1. On the left menu, select Content then Menu and then click on Main Menu
  2. On the Main Menu editor, at the left side there is a list of all website pages. Select the new Offer Page you created and then click on Add to menu.
  3. Use drag and drop to set the correct placement of the offer in the menu.
  4. Click Save and then Publish the website to view the results

Always publish the website in Preview mode to view the changes before you publish it to Live environment.
