Why can't I see my new rates in the channels?

Make sure that you have sent the rates to the OTAs and that you check the right page

If you have changed your rates in Bookwize and have made the actions to send the rates to the OTAs then please check the following:

  1. Make sure that you compare rates in the extranets - not the selling pages
    The Channel Manager sends the information of the rates to the extranet, just like the way that a user would manually add the new rates in it. So, when you check whether the new rates have been updated properly, you must check the rates in the extranet of every channel (e.g. booking.com, expedia, hrs, etc) and not in the page that is shown to the guests. If the price is correct in the extranet and not in the selling page, then please contact the support team of the respective channel.

  2. Check that you have informed Bookwize about all the new rateplans in the OTAs
    If you add new rateplans in the OTAs then you must always contact Bookwize Support team and inform us to proceed to the necessary mapping. If we don't make the mapping then your updates will fail.

  3. Make sure that you update the correct pricelists in Bookwize
    If you have multiple pricelists in order to send different prices to the OTAs, then make sure that your changes are made in the correct pricelist that is mapped to send the rates to the channels.

If you have checked the above mentioned cases and you still don't see the new rates please contact Bookwize's Support Team to check the issue.
