How-To: Add and access media files

To upload and access media files through the Hotelwize platform, follow the steps below:​

Uploading Media Files

  1. Log in to the Hotelwize app using your credentials.
  2. Go to the Media section in the dashboard.
  3. Click the Upload Files button.
  4. In the Upload to dropdown, select the page where the file should appear.
  5. Drag and drop your file into the upload area or select it from your device.
  6. Click Done to complete the upload.

Accessing Uploaded Files 

  1. In the Media section, use the Filter by Page dropdown to locate your uploaded file.
  2. Click the marker icon at the bottom right corner of the file thumbnail.
  3. A pop-up will appear displaying the Media URL, Shortcode URL, and Shortcode Hyperlink for embedding purposes.
