Hotelwize Builder offers an advanced media manager for your images and documents.

Concepts

  1. An image can be reused in different pages or sections
  2. You can upload an image through the media manager or through a page
  3. You should upload large images. Hotelwize will process them, optimize them as .webp files and then serve them through CDN.
  4. Hotelwize offers an integrated images resizer and cropper. This tool is available in the page editor and is aware of the image dimensions required by the Canva.
  5. Once a new image is uploaded, Hotelwize is creating the image keywords using AI. These keywords are used for SEO and WCAG2.0 compliance and are injected in the image tag as alt attribute.

Add an image 

  1. In Hotelwize Builder App go to Pages and select the Page to add the image
  2. Locate the page section to add the image. In the image placeholder click on Add Image
  3. Select an existing image from the media library or add a new image
  4. Hover over the image and on the right corner of the thumbnail click on the resize icon
  5. Select the section of the image to be displayed on the website
  6. Click Save
  7. Publish the website to review your changes
