How-To: Add a Contact Form on a Page

To add your contact form* to a specific page of your website, please follow the steps below:

1. Once you have created the form, navigate to the page where you want it to appear.
2. From the left-side menu, click on Pages, then locate and select the page you want to edit.
3. Find the Form Title field and enter the title you wish to display.
4. Click on the Form dropdown menu to see a list of available forms. Select the form you want to add.
5. After completing the setup, click Save to store your changes.
6. Finally, click on Publish, and choose the Live environment to make the form visible on your website.

Note: Forms are added to the website pages depending on the website's design. Usually, the form elements are available in Contact and Single Page Templates.
