How-To: Add Maison Chatbot

To enable the Maison plugin, please follow the steps below:
  1. From the left-side menu, go to Plugins.
  2. Locate the Maison Chat Bot plugin.
  3. Click Activate.
  4. Enter your Client ID.
  5. Enable the Active toggle button.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click Publish Website and select the live environment to make the chatbot visible on your website.
To log in and manage the chatbot after activation:
  1. Open your website.
  2. Go to the chatbot and type "admin login".
  3. In the window that appears, enter your email and password.
Once logged in, you can use the dropdown menu to:
  1. Edit the Tone & Voice.
  2. Update property information under Client Configuration.
  3. Edit the Knowledge Base by adding questions and answers to further train the AI chatbot.
