Publish
To view your changes in your website, you should publish it and navigate to the website URL.
There are two modes when publishing your website:
Preview
The website will be published in a special preview URL known to you. Visitors will keep viewing your live website without the changes you published to preview.
This mode is useful to preview your website changes or request for approval before publishing to live.
The preview URL is assigned by the system and can be found in Admin panel, Advanced > Domains. It has the form of https://<site id>.preview.hotelwize.com.
Disabled Languages will be visible in Preview mode to help users edit and preview multilingual content.
Live
The website will be published to the live URL.
The live URL can be changed in Admin panel, Advanced > Domains. Find out more how to link your domain in Hotelwize. If none is set the default live URL is https://<site id>.production.hotelwize.com.
- Click on Publish Website button and select Live environment.
- In Live you also have the option to purge the CDN cache. Use this option only when you have overwrite media files with the same filename.
- Click Publish
All visitors will view the new version of the website immediately.
