Domains

Once the website is ready you should publish it to your domain (www.mydomain.com). To do this you must register the domain in Hotewize Platform and change your DNS records.

Link your domain

  1. Login to Admin panel
  2. Go to your website and select Settings > Advanced > Domains from the website menu
  3. Click Add Domain to link a new domain
  4. Enter your domain name and select Primary

Configure DNS Records

If you aren’t familiar with DNS records, share this information with your webmaster. Or contact support@hotelwize.com and we will walk you through the process.

For every production domain listed, you will need to alter its domain name records to match the name records of the following table.

Change your DNS A records and CNAME records accordingly.

  1. If you have any DNS AAAA records for {domain} or www.{domain}, you must remove it.
  1. If you have any DNS A record * (asterisk) for {domain}, you must remove it.
