Refund an amount that was charged by Worldline on Bookwize
Please note that despite the fact that Worldline charges can be made through Bookwize's Control Panel, the respective refunds will not be processed from within Bookwize.
To issue a refund, you must handle it directly through the Worldline Extranet.
