If you use the integration between Protel and Bookwize to update your rates, then you should create the offer in Protel, push it to Bookwize and enhance its details on Bookwize's Control Panel.

  • Create the Offer in Protel
    1. Begin by creating the offer as a Rate Plan within Protel. This will serve as the foundation for the offer in Bookwize.
  • Push the Rate Plan to Bookwize
    1. Once the Rate Plan is set up, push it to Bookwize. This action will automatically generate a new offer in Bookwize, directly linked to the specific Rate Plan from Protel.
  • Access the Bookwize Control Panel
    1. The newly created offer will appear as inactive in Bookwize.
    2. Log in to the Bookwize Control Panel to manage and configure the offer’s details.
  • Customize Offer Details
    1. Update Titles and Descriptions to reflect the correct marketing message and ensure clarity for guests.
    2. Adjust any texts and settings according to your branding and communication standards.
  • Configure and Activate the Rate Plan
    1. Define applicable Room Types, set Payment Methods, and configure Cancellation Policies.
    2. Once all settings are tailored to your requirements, **activate the Rate Plan**.
  • Save and Review
    1. Click Save to apply your changes.
    2.  Visit your live website to review the new offer and confirm that it displays correctly.
