To activate the plugin go to Plugins menu, find Exclusivi Concierge Multi-Hotel plugin and click the Activate button.
Fill in the <Group ID> and <API Token> that Exclusivi has provided to you.
Then click the Save button.
Import concierge services
Now you are ready to import all available concierge services from Exclusivi. Just click on the Import button. A popup window will appear with all available concierge services. You can select all of them or as many as you need to show on the website. After import is completed, publish the website to the live environment.
Sync concierge services
If the Exclusivi Concierge Multi-Hotel is already active and you need to sync the concierge services, go to Plugins menu, find Exclusivi Concierge Multi-Hotel plugin and click on the configuration button. Then click on the Import button. A popup window will appear with all available concierge services. You may select to sync them all, or select as many as you need to update.
After sync is completed, publish the website to the live environment.
Important note: Import procedure creates a content page for each concierge service. If you need to update content, update it directly at Exclusivi and then sync services through the plugin. Don't update concierge services in our platform as you will loose all changes at the next import.
Delete concierge services
If you need to delete a concierge service that no longer exists to Exclusivi, go to Pages menu, find the content page of that concierge service and delete it.
