In case that your Bookwize Package includes channel manager functionality, you can share your property's availability and rates to Expedia and its affiliated channels (such as Hotels.com, Egencia, Orbitz, Hotwire, Wotif, Ebookers and Travelocity) as well as receive all of your Expedia Group reservations directly in your Bookwize Control Panel.
In order to add a hotel in Expedia you must establish a cooperation directly with the OTA by applying on https://join.expediapartnercentral.com/. Please note that in order to be visible in every affiliated channel you may need to meet special criteria. For such issues please contact directly your Expedia Market Manager.
After completing your property's set up on Expedia, you will need to send us the list of your room types on Expedia and their correspondence to Bookwize's room types. Please note that the room types created on Expedia must have the same occupancy and pricing structure with the ones in Bookwize.
Additionally, you will have to provide Bookwize's Support team with a list of the rate plans that you have created in Expedia, so as to map them with the respective rate plans in Bookwize.
Finally, you need to visit Connectivity Configuration Section in Expedia Partner Central and activate the Channel Manager connection with Staah for both "updating rates and availability" and "receiving reservations". Please make sure that you have sent us all the necessary information before activating the Channel Manager connection with Expedia.
