Privacy Policy

Use Hotelwize Generic Privacy Policy template or upload your own. You may use Short Codes to render privacy policy in a field or page.
Use Hotelwize Generic Cookie Policy template or upload your own. You may use Short Codes to render cookie policy sections in a field or page.
If you upload your own Cookie Policy, you should include cookie policy Short Codes in your document in order cookie lists includes up to date information.

Data Retention Policy

Configure the global data retention period policy. The default policy stores PII for one year.

Configure Forms

Forms should have the Consent checkbox activated.
Use IP address anonymization.

Depending on your activated plugins you should activate Cookie Consent plugin or Cookie Notification plugin.
A Hotelwize website with only the required plugins activated uses no cookies and no Cookie plugin is required. If you use plugins that sends tracking or marketing cookies, you should use Cookie Consent plugin. If the activated plugins only send System cookies then you should use Cookie Notification or Cookie Consent plugin.

Anonymize IP

Contact form submissions or analytics tracking data should use an anonymized IP address. Enable this option in Privacy Protection section.

Data Processing Agreement

The DPA is available to download in Privacy Protection section in Admin
