Why the available rooms are not shown?

Have you checked your Restrictions and Rates?
The most common reason for not being able to see the available rooms despite the fact that you have opened availability is some disregarded restriction.
  • Make sure that you have not set a restriction in the Availability Calendar (Minimum Stay, Maximum Stay, Close Out Date).

  • Make sure that you have not set a restriction in the Restrictions Section.

  • Make sure that you have set rates for the specific dates for both the Rooms and the Meal Plans.
