Rooms' Performance Report
You can easily compare your Room Types' main KPIs through Rooms' Performance Report, available in Dashboard > Performance > Rooms.
In order to set your preferences, click on the top right and enter your dates (per booking, arrival or departure), choose whether you need to compare with previous period or just check the current results and define the markets that you want to track.
You can click on Snapshot in order to define if you prefer to filter the results per booking period.
The report presents your top selling Room Types and their main Key Performance Indicators. You can compare Revenue, Reservations, Room Nights and Average Daily Rate (ADR).
In order to see more Room Types (if any) you may click on Show all rooms.
The data of the Room Types is also presented in the respective chart and can be filtered by Day, Week, Month or Year, showing data regarding Revenue, Reservations, Room Nights and Room Type Cancellation Rate.
Further analysis is provided in the Room Type Data Table, by selecting the KPIs of your choice in Fields list. The KPIs available per Room Type are: Revenue, Direct Revenue, OTA Revenue, Direct Revenue %, Reserved Rooms, Direct Reserved Rooms, Channel Reserved Rooms, Directe Reservations %, Room Nights, Occupancy, Booking Window, Lenght of Stay (LOS), Average Daily Rate (ADR), Cancellation Rate and Average Value per Booking.
The information is shown as per the period selected in the chart section, per room type.
