How can I change the Reservation Status?

You may update the status of your direct reservations in the View Reservation section

If you want to Cancel a Direct Reservation or Change its Status you can easily do it through Bookwize's Control Panel.

Go to the Reservations Section and click on the Pencil Icon next to the number of the Reservation that you want to view.

On the top right of the next screen, you will see the current status of the reservation and next to it a "Change Status" button.

As soon as you click on "Change Status" you will be prompted to choose the new status of the reservation.

Choose the status that you prefer. You will be requested to add more information including whether you need to update availability and to send a Confirmation for the new status to the hotel and the guest.

Click on "Update Status". The amendment has been completed.

Please note that this procedure is valid only for Direct Reservations.

Any change that you make in Non-Direct reservations will not be processed to the OTAs.
