If you want to add a reservation that you received offline to Bookwize and send confirmation to your client you can do it by visiting the Reservations section.
Choose Reservations
Click on Add Reservation
Add the Dates of the Booking, the Check In and the Check Out
Choose the Reservation Source (if you use multiple)
Set the Status of the Reservation. For confirmed reservations choose Confirmed. If you haven't received the Credit Card details yet and want your guest to provide them through Bookwize, choose Payment Pending.
Choose your Booking Source. It could be Email, Phone, Walk-in or another source.
Choose whether you want to Reduce Availability. Please note that if you have clicked on this field but there is no availability in your Availability Plan, then you will not be able to complete the reservation.
Click on Customer tab
Add the details of the Guest
Click on Rooms tab
Add the Room Type, the Preferences and the Cost per room
Click Add room to save the room information
Click on Policies tab
For the Payment Policy, click on Add and set the dates and the amounts of the Payments
Choose whether the remaining amount (if any) will be paid during the Check In or the Check Out
For the Cancellation Policy, choose whether you will use the Global Cancellation Policy of your property, or if you prefer to set a custom policy for this reservation
Click on Supplements tab
Add the Supplements that the guest has chosen (if any)
Choose whether you want to Send Confirmation Email to the Guest and the Hotel, as well as the Confirmation Language
Click Submit to Complete the Reservation
