How to use the Reservation Payments page?
You may find instructions on how to use the Reservations Payments page below:
- On the left side menu click on Reservations Payments.
- On the page that opens you will see the reservations with payment items that should be charged today.
- If you want, you may change the date range by clicking on Payment Date on the upper right corner.
- Choose the From and To dates of your choice and click on Search.
- From the Id column, click on the first reservation and navigate to the Payments section at the bottom of the page that opens to check the payment items.
- If a reservation has a prepayment, you will see the Paid flag.
- If a reservation does not have a prepayment, you will see an indicative initial charge for card verification, which will have been automatically Cancelled, and one or more future charge amounts that will be Not Paid. On the far right, there will be a Charge button.
- By clicking the pencil icon on any of these, you can view the payment details.
- If something hasn’t worked correctly, you will see a red alert with an exclamation mark, indicating there was an issue with the payment. In this case, you should check if a payment exists in Worldline or handle the payment offline.

Whether or not payment is charged at the time of booking depends on the Payment Policy of the respective rate plan.
