How can I check all of my offers in an OTA?

Log in to the OTA's extranet to review all of your offers

Bookwize provides connectivity between your rates in Bookwize and the respective rates in each OTA.

However, you still have the option to create extra offers in your OTA linked to specific OTA Rateplans. The OTA Rateplans can be mapped with either a Parent Pricelist in the OTA or with a Pricelist in Bookwize. All the Pricelists must be mapped to Bookwize.

If you create a Rateplan in an OTA without informing Bookwize, then you may encounter various malfunctions in the update of availability, the rates and the reservations and receive respective alerts.

In that case you will have extra Rateplans in the OTA, for which Bookwize will not be updated. To check all the offers and pricelists that you (or the OTA) have created in their extranet you must review them exclusively in the OTA's extranet.

It is important to delete any inactive Rateplan and update us for the active ones that are not mapped yet on Bookwize.
