Visit your Account section to change your login information
In order to update your password information you need to visit your Account settings. To do so, click on your name on the top right of your screen and then choose Account.
In the next screen, click on Sign In & Security. In Password tab, click on Click here to change your password.
To proceed, you will be requested to enter your current password. If you don't remember it you will have to log out and follow the instructions in I can't login article.
As soon as you enter your current password, click on Verify.
In the next step you will be prompted to set your new password. Please note that your new password will be 8-14 characters long, will have at least one capital and one small letter, as well as at least one number. Please make sure that your password does not include your name or surname, the hotel's name, your birthday or the hotel's address.
As soon as you click on Change Password you will receive an alert that your password has been changed successfully.
Alternatively, you can change your password without logging in to your account.
On the Control Panel's login page, click on Forgot your password link, enter your email address and click Reset Password.
Following that and if the email account used is correct, you will receive an email prompting you to set a new password.
By clicking on Choose a new password you will be transferred to Bookwize's Control Panel in order to set your new password.
Please note that Bookwize Password must containt at least one capital letter, at least one small letter, at least one number, at least 8 characters and should not be more than 14 characters long. Also make sure that your password does not include your name or surname, the hotel's name, your birthday or the hotel's address.
You will need to enter your new password twice in order to double check that there is no typo.
Click Change Password and use your new Password to login to Bookwize.
