Why must I use 2-Step Verification?
Access to your Bookwize account is properly protected by your account's password.
However, in order to increase the level of security and protect your hotel's and your guests' data, we have activated two way authentication procedure.
2-Step Verification is a second layer of protection, which sends a single-use code to your email account that you have to enter when you sign in. So even if somebody manages to get unauthorized access to your password, it will not be enough to get into your account.
How 2-Step Verification works
While in Bookwize's Control Panel login page, you are asked to add your username and your password.
As soon as you enter your credentials and click on Sign In you will be prompted to send an one-time code to your email account. Click on Send Code.
The code will be sent to the email account that you use in order to login. Please check your emails to retrieve the 6-digits verification code and enter it in the respective field in Bookwize.
Click Verify Code to complete the login procedure.
If you use a device that is used only by you, then you may choose Remember this browser so as to skip the 2-Step Verification procedure in the specific device and the specific browser. If you login through a device accessed by multiple users, please don't use that option in order to ensure that no unauthorized user will gain access to your account.
