Check that you spell your password correctly or reset your password
If you try to login to Bookwize's Control Panel and are not able to do show please make sure that you are using the correct email address and that you spell your password correctly.
If you do not remember the correct password, click on Forgot your password link, enter your email address and click Reset Password.
Following that and if the email account used is correct, you will receive an email prompting you to set a new password.
By clicking on Choose a new password you will be transferred to Bookwize's Control Panel in order to set your new password.
Please note that Bookwize Password must containt at least one capital letter, at least one small letter, at least one number, at least 8 characters and should not be more than 14 characters long. Also make sure that your password does not include your name or surname, the hotel's name, your birthday or the hotel's address.
You will need to enter your new password twice in order to double check that there is no typo.
Click Change Password and use your new Password to login to Bookwize.
