If you can't have access to a feature of Bookwize, then there is some restriction in your user rights.

This may happen due to the subscription level of your hotel in Bookwize or due to restrictions set by your hotel's manager.

Contact our team on support@bookwize.com and inform us about the feature that you want to reach. If it is included in your hotel's package and we get permission from your hotel's manager, we will activate it immediately.
