If you are trying to view the CVV information of an OTA reservation and you can't see it, then please check the following:
OTAs such as booking.com do not have always pre-activated the CVC field as a mandatory field. In that case you may receive the credit card information without the CVC and you will have to contact the OTA and request to enable CVC for all of your reservations.
For security reasons you are allowed to see the channel reservations' CVC information only once. So, if you have already seen it you are not allowed to see it again.
Make sure that you will see the CVC on time. After the guest's departure or the cancellation of a reservation you may not be able to access the credit card details. So, it is advised to retrieve this information as soon as you receive the reservation.
All the above may seem a bit frustrating, but have in mind that they are necessary to ensure that your guests' payment data will remain secure.
