Can I see details about specific stay searches?
Bookwize provides you the ability to view your demand and analyze all the stay requests made in your booking engine.
You can check the information either in your dashboards overview, or in the demand analysis.
In Dashboard > Overview, the Live Demand box shows the latest searches in your booking engine.
Click on one of the searches shown and get detailed insights regarding the search that was made and the results that were shown to the guest.
The information provided includes details about the dates of search, the IP of the person that searched, the rooms and the guests, as well as the availability shown for every room type.
If you need to receive the respective information for any date, you can visit Dashboard > Demand > Search Results and click on the date that you prefer.
Click on the search that you prefer to see the demand insights of the specific stay request.
