Year KPIs Report

Compare your hotel's performance per month based on the main KPIs

Bookwize's Year KPIs Report lets you track easily your hotel's performance through main Key Performance Indicators.

Visit Dashboard > Year and choose the years that you want to track on the top right dropdown lists.

If you want to track the current year performance and compare it with the respective period's results of a previous year, then you need to click on Snapshot. By doing that if you track your results e.g. until 15 July of the current year, you will compare them with the status of your performance of the previous year's 15 July and not with the total results of the year.

Upon choosing the years that you want to compare, you will see the first year results in the top line of each KPI and the second year results in the second line.

Use the Year KPIs Report to compare per month your hotel's
Reservations (Reservations checked-out on this month)
Direct Reservations (Direct Reservations check-out on this month)
Room Nights (Room Nights of Reservations check-out on this month)
Length of Stay (LOS of Reservations checked-out on this month)
Average Daily Rate (ADR for Reservations checked-out on this month)
Booking Window (How early guests booked Reservations checked-out on this month)
Searches (How many stay searches were made in your Booking Engine this month)
Revenue (Revenue of Reservations checked-out on this month)
Cancellation Rate (Cancellations for Reservations that would check-out on this month)

The Year KPIs Report  let's your also compare the annual performance of your hotel in the specific KPIs.
