You can reach the Channels' Performance Report by visiting Dashboard > Performance > Channels.
In order to amend the search, click on the top right of the screen and choose the dates that you prefer (based on booking, arrival or departure date), the comparison period and whether you want to see results for all the markets or for a specific country. If you need to filter results based on arrival or departure for bookings made until a specific date you can use the Snapshot feature.
The report shows the top channels based on their performance for the period that you requested. You can easiy compare the main KPIs per channel: Revenue, Reservations, Room Nights and Cancellation Rate.
By clicking on Show all channels you will be able to compare data for all of the channels that you use. Please note that in order to help you understand better your reservation sources, direct reservations are split to Direct (through your booking engine), Email and Phone. Email and Phone reservations are added through "Add new reservation" feature.
Further data regarding the OTAs' Performance is shown in the Channels' Chart and the table that follows. The OTA analysis can be sorted per day, week, month of year in terms of Revenue, Reservations, Room Nights and Cancellation Rate. The table includes also data regarding Booking Window and Average Daily Rate (ADR).
The table information can be filtered by clicking on Fields button and choosing the KPIs that you prefer.
