Why can't I see the rates that I have just added?

Have you double checked that you have completed all the information?

If you haven't completed all the necessary information, then your rates will not be able to be shown in Bookwize or sent to the OTAs.

  • Make sure that you have created the correct periods.

  • If you have multiple Pricelists, make sure that you update the rates in the correct Pricelist and that you haven't set validity restrictions that block its use.

  • Make sure that you have added rates for the Meal Plans as well. All the boards should have rates, even if they are free (in such case set 0 price).

  • If you can see the rates in Bookwize but not in the channels make sure that you have sent the rates to the OTAs.
