How can I add Rates?
There are two options of setup regarding your room type rates.
You may choose to have your rates set “per Room” or “per Occupancy”.
Per Room: You charge the same price no matter the number of guests that stay in the room
Per Occupancy: You charge a different rate depending on the number of guests that stay in the room
The type of setup can be set in Room Type level and should be chosen by the time of the initial setup of the property.
Add Rates per Room
Choose Rates > Rooms and click on Set Rates
Choose the period and room types for which you want to Set the Rates and click Next
Enter the Room Rates for each Room Type for the specific period and click Save to complete the procedure.
Add Rates per Occupancy
Choose Rates > Rooms and click on Set Rates
Choose the period and room types for which you want to Set the Rates and click Next
Calculate the Price per Adult for your default occupancy (the default occupancy for a Double Room is 2, so if the Double Room rate for 2 is 150 €, then the Price per Adult is 75 €).
In the Set Rates Widget, enter the Price per Adult for default occupancy for each room type and double check that the parameters (eg extra charge for extra adult) are set as per your needs.
Click Next to proceed (if you do not want to use the Set Rates Widget, you can click Skip to disregard this step).
If you have used the Set Rates Widget, then the rates have been prefilled in the rate fields; if not, then you may add them directly to each Room Type's rate fields
Click Save to complete the procedure
