What if I don't receive the 2-way authentication code email?

Make sure that you have clicked on Send Code and check your Spam Folder

If you haven't received your 2-step verification code please make sure that you have clicked on the Send Code button.

Reaching this screen does not mean that you have requested from the system to send you the authentication code. You must click on Send Code.

If you have clicked on Send Code and still haven't received your email code please check your account's Spam Folder.

If there is a delay in receiving the email code, please make sure that the settings in your email client are set to receive new emails often (every few minutes). If not, please change this setting or click on Send/Receive Emails button (if applicable).

If you still face some issue, please contact Bookwize's Support Team. You have the alternative to use Google's Authenticator App or receive the code by SMS.
