How can I resend the Confirmation Email to a guest?
Visit Reservation Details section to resend a confirmation to your guests
If you need to resend the Confirmation Email to a guest you just need to open the Reservation and Choose the Logs tab.
Click on the Send Standardized Email button
In the window that pops up you should choose Recipient > Customer & Email type > Voucher and click on the View Email Template button.
A preview of the message will be shown in order to be able to review the email that will be sent. Click on Send Email.
Follow these steps to send any standardized Email Confirmation.
