Why my restrictions have not been sent to the OTAs?

Make sure to Update Channels for Prices & Restrictions

When updating your restrictions in Bookwize, you must proceed to an extra step so that the changes to be sent to the Channels.

So, if you make any change in the following restrictions:

  • Minimum Stay

  • Maximum Stay

  • Closed Dates

  • Closed Hotel

you must select Update Prices and click on the Add button.

Once the restrictions are sent you will see the status of the action changed from Pending to Completed.
