Why I have received an Unmapped Room Alert?

Make sure to update Bookwize for any Room & Rateplan changes in the OTAs

If Bookwize receives a reservation from an OTA for a Room Type or Rateplan that has not been mapped in our system, you will receive an email alerting you regarding the fact that we couldn't match either the Room Type or the Rateplan of the Reserved Room.

That means that your availability could not be updated properly!

In that case please review your setup in the OTA and send us the Room Type or the Rateplan that has not been mapped.

Also, make sure to review and update if necessary your rooms' availability for the reservation's dates in the Bookwize's Control Panel.
