Why the reservation information doesn't show the correct Room Names?

Why the reservation information doesn't show the correct Room Names?

Please make sure that you update Bookwize Support Team for all the changes that you make in your OTA rateplans

In case that you have received a channel reservation which does not show the correct room names, then that means that the rateplan of the reservation has not been mapped in Bookwize.

In such a case, Bookwize will not be able to recognize which is the correct Room Type and update availability properly. Bookwize will update the availability of the most economic room type and you will have to make the correct amendments manually.

Such an issue usually happens if you make changes in your room types or rateplans in the OTAs without informing Bookwize Support Team. So, please check whether you or the channel has proceeded recently to any changes and inform our support team accordingly (support@bookwize.com) in order to update your rooms mapping.
